how much do you wanna spend?

no turbo, it was built for na/nitrous. My head has been ported and polished with supertec valves, springs, and retainers. 97 pounders

porting of the head will usually move the powerband upwards..as will cams and VTEC itself. if you are worried about not revving the engine high, then dont try to build an NA small displacement engine because thats how they make power. If you have a built bottom end, it should handle high revs
