To put a hydro tranny in a cable car you have to remove the whole cable clutch assembly and install a master cylinder on the firewall, a slave cylinder on the tranny, and and lines in between. I know thats not too much harder, but it requires more parts to buy and install.
You just need to make a bracket that pivots like this: http://explicitspeedperformance.net/...s/IMG_1750.jpg Also, I see that some companies now make kits to put cable trans into hydro cars. Both are easy then with a kit. |

To have the slave cylinder push the cable arm needs to be mounted under the arm. You need to get the positon correct to provide full movement of the arm. |
