I was putting my valve cover back on and I broke a bolt The place where the bolts go into the head have like "sleeves" where it guides the bolt in striaght, and it broke about 1/4 into the threading from the top. Is there anyway to get that outta there or am i screwed...no pun intended

 

I dont have one... how much are they and get i get it at sears?? haha

its in there like a normal bolt, just broke at the top when it got tightened, it wasnt over tightened, but prolly was in the past and just broke before the spacer at the top

 

if you can`t take it out, just plug the hole on the valve cover with a nut/bolt and put whole bunch of sealent on the gasket.

Reminds me of the time I broke a bolt while tightening my cam gear, oh wow did that ever sucks.
