Broke off a pintle cap, injector still functional?
 

I dropped some dsm 450s I had and one of the pintle caps broke off, but the pintle itself looks to be in good shape. I am wondering if any of you guys have used injectors w/o the caps on, or if you know where I can get a replacement cap. I suppose it could be affecting the spray pattern somewhat, but I doubt it.

It will work fine as long as all pieces of the cap are off, you don't want pieces falling in.

it will be fine.
i am sure like 80 % of ppl here uses injectors that has the little cap broken off :-X

yep, you should be ok. i've used one with a broken cap also and didn't have a problem.
