Default Broke 1 piston, do I HAVE to replace all 4?

94 Civic EX
Stock D16z6

My compression #'s are as follows
190 190 190 80

I just pulled the #1 piston and found that it is broken (two pieces had come off in between rings).

Do I HAVE to replace the other 3 pistons as well? The compression #'s are great for the other 3.

Not interested in performace for this motor, just want it stock.

if you're looking for a quick patch, just drop the one piston and swap it out.

if you're gonna go to the trouble of tearing the whole motor down and all that, replace them all.

is it worth it to tear it apart or
if you just replace the one whats wrong with doing that?

I would remove all of them just to make sure the others are 100% OK. If the 3 with good compression look fine re-use them, this way you can also inspect the bearings
