Ok i have a 00 ex, and i was swappin the rear brakes to discs tonight using 00 Si's. Everything was going smoothly till i got to the passenger side and attempted to remove the bolt for the toe adjusting arm. So my first mistake here was actually removing the arm, and not just swapping the lower trailing arm and unbolting the old one. My dumb *** wasn't thinking.


But in any case, my 3" exhayst was blocking ---- so i couldn't use the impact gun, so i have a 1/2 ratchet on it and it's slowly comming loose. ****** was tight, then i look; and the bushing has completly deteriorated from the arm. The bolt came out of the slider, but now the bushing has pushed the tab that it bolts to out, and eveything's all fucked. So i half drop the exhaust, get the impact on it, and burn up the bushing and throw vice grips on it. Couldn't get it to move.

Is my only option at this point torching it out?

anyone have experience adjusting rear discs? My pedal goes about halfway down before anyting happens, and then if i push it too hard the fronts lock as if they're overwhelmed. I believe my lack of parking brake adjustment has a lot to do with it, but is there anything else i should check. (yes i bled them properly)

yeah forgot to mention that. I did. I got it used, from a guy who said it's an Si prop valve, so we'll go on that assumption.

It feels much better now that i connected the ebake cables :P So i guess i'll do the pads and rotors see if i get an improvement and if that doesn't work, looks like i'll have to step up the size of my BB/MC
