bearings 30-40 bucks??
Probably not Honda bearings

your are correct..they were clevite 77's

they work great on my car..so no worries...honda bearings are like $10 each!!!1 ---- that!

I guess I'm more concerned because I did a compression test at the end of summer last year and got 190,200,200,200 But I have since swapped out the head for a better one with a p&p, 3 angle and stiffer valve springs. I don't think that would affect compression though would it? I really just need to do a leakdown, but I don't have a compressor yet.

I believe the engine was pretty warm when I did it. It did have about 15-20 mins to cool down though because I took the valve cover off and retorqued the head bolts to 65 lbs since I reused the head bolts. Looks like the jury is still out on whether or not honda head bolts are TTY or not. I was just goin off the post where Semnos said he retorqued the head bolts and got higher compression out of it.
