Default BLOWN Alternator Solenoid Fuse (10a) Replaced w/ 15a. Now Car Wont Hold Charge W

Well I was at the mall the other day with my girl and the car was running mint before for a few days.
I went to start the car and the dash lights all come up but it wont crank, figured out the fuel pump wasnt priming, checked the wiring, its mint.

Check the fuses, the alternator solenoid valve 10amp fuse is blown, didnt think that could cause the pump not to prime so I replaced it, the car started, ran for 45 seconds and then stalled out. Fuse blew again

I replaced it with a 15amp fuse and the car started ran fine all the way home (25min drive)

I then swapped trannies in this car

Now my car can be jumped and started and runs strong. But my battery is not recharging, this is a brand new battery aswell, like 2 weeks old, big sucker (1050 cranking amps)

So WTF is going on with my car

Have the alternator tested.

check your grounds and your connections to the alternator. Otherwise if you replace the alternator, make sure the battery is putting out 12.6 volts!

Never replace a fuse with a larger fuse, unless you like fires.
