yea i am kind of shopping for a pr3,p72 head and see what price im looking at.

yep, only good thing about a LS head is their free. If you drop a valve in a b16/gsr head your out $350-450ish same thing in a LS head you grab one from the trash pile.

Very true. Finding a clean LS head for $50 isn't hard to do at all. I like the disposable nature of them...though I've never had a problem with one in any high mile motor I've beat-on. Honda reliability.

WEll if your run proper valvetrain you wont drop valves but I do see why people stay with ls heads but I just like the overall design and options with dohc vtec b heads

anyone have any input on BC LS cams/valve train ? i got his turbo "stage2" cams for dirt cheap from a friend and i went with his springs/retainers. hope all goes well.

I'd rock it, if only to see the look on their face when they get owned. I raced some nub with GSR wheels on his LS integra with my Z6 at 8:1 compression and 9lbs because I thought he would be a close race. Not even close he had the inside of a turn and I still beat his *** through the turn. Before the race he was like "What are you runnin?" "Just a little single cam," I replied. Then his girl was like "haha you better go find a sentra to pick on." Well I spanked its *** and when we got to the Sheetz they were like "That's not a single cam I heard it, it has something." "Yeah, it's a single cam, with a turbo" They got tooled by a sohc and they hated it. Btw I had a passenger too in a full weight car with tools, spare tire, a gallon of oil, my emergency supply kit thing, jugs of coolant. So in all I probably had an extra 150lbs, and he still got tooled. The moral of the story is it's fun to clown people with 'inferior' ----.

i am currently in the build process of my 12:1 mini me with itb's and pickkign the LS up for a swap into my other EK sedan..

If I really wanted to do an NA build I'd either go F23/22 or B20 with RS Machines pistons, a sick overpriced tuned header, big nasty carbs cams, and a chambered muffler with only enough exhaust to dump behind the driver's seat (aka the Bisi build with a muffler). Oh man if I had panties on right now they would be soaking wet.
