Was wondering whats the best exhaust manifold gasket to use on my zc. Mine didnt come with a mani or gasket when i got it. Im using my d16 one right now but it doesnt line up perfect. I keep seeing different stuff when i look it up. Some say d16 some say b18. What do you guys think from personal experience. Thanks

SOHC or DOHC?

 

Oh yeah sorry DOHC and im in the US so i cant just run out and get one for the zc.

 

I can order one from japan if you want, ill have to check for price and itl take a while to get here...

 

overnight it, i thought thats how you get parts from japan

 

over night requires blink blink i dont and you dont have (it would be $400 for that gasket) I dont think the b18 one will work at all.. i dunno.

 

that was a joke, i'm not very good at them. will a d16A1 gasket fit?

weird I thought all D-series gasket fits, but I know that the DOHC heads might have a slightly larger exhaust port.
I have like three ZC gaskets here they are 3=layer metal exhaust gasket.

 

The D16A1 gasket covers the bottoms of some of the ports. Its a tad too small. Semmos how much you want for one shipped to Chicago. Thanks,
