cheap ass egay one rocks. boostin 17psi now and it never overheats. and thats with the tiny ass civic 1/2 rad. the holes line up exactily with the ones in the head gasket.

Best one I heard was by Devcon since the coolant holes can be customized and does not overheat ;)

Where are you guys welding the block guards at and how, are you throwing some fat beads on them or just tacking them in

It was a joke dude...Devcon is block filler, and for the most part seems to work better than the guards do. ::)

I wasnt talking about that, i herd alot of people have to weld in the block guards to make them work right, so thats the question i asked

im pretty certain they are just 1/2inch welds on both ends with maybe a few tacks.. its highly suggested the block be decked after you install a block guard.
