Just wanted to know if Beau B16a has stock sleeve or has been resleeved? And what kind of turbo?

It's cheap and works. Sleeving a block makes it almost bulletproof but is expensive

no, more like epoxy

fill ur block half way with salt

fill the rest of the block with filler, leave some holes for coolant to pass through, let it dry, flip the block so the salt can drain out

nope some kinda of block filler cement.....Devcon maybe..
It's a metaal epoxy if I'm not mistaken.
I don't think it will be good for street...I would do it if it was going to work for street use.
