come on jim let the rex out on the drag strip too.
hey jeff post some pics of the shift linkage so everyone knows why you dont modify a d series shift linkage to work on a b series setup, its not pretty.

Re:Bay Pic of my LS/Vtec CRX
ok, this may come back to bite me but doesn't the ls/vtec combo have a fairly high compression ratio over both the standard ls and or gsr? if if so will that not be a problem when it comes to adding the turbo later??
feel free to bite my head off now....

Yes they are Nology hotwires, I found 3 of them in the garbage behind a local import shop.. (brand new) I called up nology and ordered the 1 missing wire and put them on. Did I notice a gain? I have no idea, since they are the only wires I have ever used on this motor. But I honestly doubt they made any bit of a differnce. I use to have a set on my old D16a6, and they were nothing special.. Very overrated.. (but nice ground straps on the wires!)

Re:Bay Pic of my LS/Vtec CRX
Is the LS/VTEC really worth it? I have did a little research and read good and bad things about building this engine. The idea seems good since you get the displacement/torque at the low end and VTEC at the top end. But since the LS block wasn't designed to rev as high as the GSR head, how well does this block/head combo really work together as far as reliability and cost?
