There were 3+ good reviews on the F1 on HT. Is it worth it for a flywheel as well?

The kid i bought my Konis from used a F1 in his B16 and the disc shattered and destroyed his tranny I believe i have heard numerous bad things about them but i don't think i can provide you any links...just get one from LSD motorsports

My buddy and I just installed an XTD clutch and flywheel in a 93 civic ex with a td04 @ 10psi. That thing grabs awesome even with the worst break in ever. We are getting ready to put another one in a 91 hatchback with a t3/t04 on it. Yes the flywheel is a good deal. Also, the shipping was awesome took three days from the day ordered.

Just to confirm what I said earlier I was talking to my friend and it was indeed a F1 clutch that exploded...I saw the aftermath the bell housing was ripped up pretty bad

I agree... Just any tq numbers ovber 280(at the wheels) = problems... Im pushing 305 and it just cant take it asnymore... It was great at 10 psi though (260 ftpounds).

Yikes. 1 exploded F1 vs. 3 Exploded XTD (Says HT ). As we all know HMT is much more trustworthy, so I'm starting to lean towards XTD again...

Well the kid was from h-t whos car it was but I he showed my friends and I the housing when i bought some parts from him and even H-t wouldn't want to trash a hydro GSR tranny to just bad mouth a produce...would they?
