Default BAFFELED!! DOHC ZC

I put a DOHC ZC into my 90 CRX SI Im building up to sale to pay for tuition this semester. Ive done two ZC swaps before and a B16 and Im still stumped.

Setup
91 DOHC ZC
PG7 ECU
Misc. DC Header, Apexi Exhaust, AEM CAI, other rice ----

Pulls hard from like 4500 rpm and then power starts to die about 6k and then max rev is like 6500. With no load it revs to 7k no problem so i dont think its the ECU. No ECU codes

Ive checked
Fuel Filter
Timing and yes with the jumper plug in
Spark Plugs
Gas

Any ideas....

NO CEL, I made sure the cams were right when I installed the timing belt, I put new grounds everywhere. It feels like a timimg problem, but I cant trace it...UGGGG

maybe the cap/rotor? coil? have u checked cam gears since you installed the motor or only during installation because they might have slipped while installing timing belt.

Im checking everything again, the only ting I can think of is I dont know exactly what that ignitor in the dist does and if a faulty one would cause high RPM problems.

Check your oil level. If it has to much oil it will have this effect. If so, drain some oil and all should be fine.

FUUUCCCCKKKK!! I swear Ive changed like a dozen timing belts durring swaps and friends tunups without one mistake. And now thats its my car it slipps or tensioned differently. When the Ex and In cams are at TDC the crank is like 3 degrees off. Well looks like its more weekend fun

When your setting your timing belt make sure you set it by turning your crank counterclockwise. Thought I didnt need to check the manual this time and look what happens.
