Default A Bad Idea?

someone talk me outa this. can the 88 teg axles fit on the 88-91 AWD civic rear diff
cuz aren't the axles weak back there. and lastly can the diff out of the AWD tranny be put on the ZC tranny! I wanna make an RWD civic for a summer project and in my fucked up little 17 year old head right now its lookin stupid but somehow possible. i need a good opinion!

Had often thought about this for an awd crx project using a boosted d-series, but was always told the transfer case can't hold much power on them
