hey i think i may have got some bad gas or something... but im not sure.. ive put two new fuel pumps in my car, and a new fuel filter.. everytime i get close to half a tank of gas, and either slow down quick, or go down a hill my car acts like its running out of gas... ive dropped the tank on my car (91 CRX Si) like 3 times to make sure everything was in the tank how it should be... and it was. i was told it might have something to do with some bad gas that went around recently? something with the preasure in the tank and how it dies if i dont keep it in high Rpms...? im just wondering why and how i can fix that myself without taking it to honda and having them hook it up to their machine or something, i guess they were doing it for free recently, but since ive been working i couldnt get in to do it. anyone got any ideas of what else it could be awsome

i had some bad gas nog to far back, my car sputtered,had spark knock, fouled my plugs and ----, drain all ur gas and change fuel filter like i did, clean up or replace plugs, and put fuel injector cleaner in the tank before u fill it up, geti it started, let it run for likr 15-25mins, get ---- out, and it should be fine, same thing i did,i also cleaned the injectors too. do this and see if it works-blake

 

will it hurt my injectors if i put air through them? to like blow all the crap out.. i have a new fuel filter on it, and fuel pump.. the only other thing i can think of is if something like.. broke inside my gas tank or something? it drops in nice and smooth... but i dont have the tank out from under the car completly. thats one thing im going to try if your suggestion doesnt work. thanks.

 

I had some pretty bad gas last night and when my girlfriend climbed into bed i fanned the sheets at her and she got pretty mad and...oh wait, nevermind.

I'd say follow the advice of 90turboteg.
