b20 heads compared to ls head?
any benifit of using a b20 head over a ls head on my b18a1 block, its turbo'd but the heads messed up im guessing because my comp is 160 or so across the board. let me know if u have some info thanks.

sice we are kinda on teh subject, since the P8R has bigger comb chambers (84mm) can you still use it on a 81mm bore?? wouldnt that creat geadgasket issues and hotspots on the top of the cyl walls??

No, get a VTEC head, I thought the LS was gods gift to hondas and now I'm just dissapointed.

for the price you are gonna pay for a GOOD condition Vee-takk head, you could get cams/springs/ret and a valve job and stille have a spare head laying around to sell to buy other parts. not to mention the money you wont have to spend on a Vee-takk conversion kit and strengthening you bottom end. and even then you said that the tran was holding your times back, that means you would need a B16/Gsr trans on top of the Vee-takk head. doesnt quite add up to me

as to the origional question YES its a better head than what you have. the intake ports are larger and cams are bigger and the heads are often given away.
as to the other question NO you should not use a p8r head on a 81mm motor youll get hot spots on the edges. what you should do is send one to me cause i have an 84mm motor
ok so the cams intake manifold and head are shitty huh, thats why they sell replacement cams and intake manfolds. im making over 50 crank horsepower more than a stock b20 with just bolt ons, intake manifold and cams. stock TB stock head ports stock pistons ect.

i dont believe you
