Default b18b1 swap

well i got my new engine on friday (hydrolocked my b18a1), and did the swap, i got just the longblock (99 b18b1), i used my obd1 injectors and dizzy, everthing matched up except for two sensors on the new engine (one on top of the intake manifold, no not the map sensor, and one plug on the back down by the pulley??) i just ignored them and figured they were something for the newer car. anyways, the engine won't start, it turns over but won't start, it's getting gas and keeps fouling out my plugs, is it maybe just the firing order?? i'm using the firing order off of my 93, but i figured they were probably the same, also could my dizzy maybe have got damaged when i hydrolocked my old engine (there was a bit of water in the head)? i took my cap off and cleaned the points and rotor? i need help!

got the plug wires on right? check a shop manual and find out what those sensors are.

Did you have any left over plugs on the harness?

nope, no leftover plugs on the harness, everything else matched up perfect? i think it might be something for the obd2 ecu?? i don't know if i have the plugs right, i'm using the firing order from my 93 b18a, i don't know where to find the order for the b18b, it seems like it would be the same

i think the plug near the crank is a crank position sensor

check your timing perhaps? check cams to make sure they are aligned properly.

search the net for an online g3 teg manual.

yeah, i'm at work too don't you just love america, i think it's just some kind of sensor that the newer tegs are eqipped with, but it's kind of set up like the map sensor except it's on the mani. and not the tb, i has a vaccum hose coming out of it?? either way, i don't think that would keep the car from starting
