I just had my 62mm throttle body bored out to 67mm, all the way through with a new butterfly and all, all macheined to perfection!

Trouble is when i start the car from cold it idles at 2600rpm rather than the usual 1600rpm.

When the engine warms up it idles perfectly!!

Also the butterfly sticks slightly so when warm it idles at 1100rpm but i was told that the butterfly just needs to be worn in? A quick tap on the throttle soon sorts this tho.

Is this Normal??

try re-setting the idle by resetting the ecu, the idle screw.. etc.. see your helms/chiltons manual.
