Default B16A into an automatic CRX swap...

Alright I'm working on this ------- CRX which was supposed to be a simple install. Well the wiring harness with the car was soo fucked up and molested I replaced it with a wiring harness from an auto 90 Civic. I wired up the B16 to the new harness, all my wiring is right for a basic STD to B16 swap but there's still wiring problems. So my question is what additional wiring changes do you need to get rid of all the automatic BS? OR if anyone has a good wiring diagram for an auto 90 Civic because I can't find one.

You don't know him. Ironically its the same car from this video: http://media.putfile.com/crx_burnt What I thought would be a simple B16 swap in a CRX turns out to be this kid wants this race only CRX to be converted back to a streetcar. All wiring was removed except for the lights, the gas tank wasn't connected and all types of ----. The car is a complete clusterfuck.

And since the harness is already in the car and already wired to the motor there's no point in ripping it out to get another one when its probably just a couple of changes to get this one to work. The only problem is I don't have an automatic wiring diagram so I don't know what plugs or wires to change

You want to know what wiring has to be changed to go from an auto to a manual? I do know the wiring in the car is pretty much the same from auto to manual with the exception of the shifter wiring on the auto. Under the hood is pretty much the same, I think most of the auto trans stuff is cable controlled with one or two solenoids on the trans itself. But those wires in the harness are used by something else completely if you're using a pr3 ecu Now I'm confused...but just in case you need these, they tell you some of the pinouts for pr3's on obd0http://www.hondata.com/techwiringpw0.html Compared to this for dx and si wiring...http://www.fourthgenhatch.net/mpfi.htmlIt might help, might not...I tried though
