Default B series timing

I know how to pull heads and do timing on D series but that double cam thing is lost on me. I have to pull my friend's GSR head in a couple of days and was wondering how do you time DOHC heads? I know for single cams you can put them on the ground and use a socket to crank the cam gear, can you do the same on dual cams? Any help or a write up would be appreciated, thanks guys.

Find a service manual for a for your friends car. all you have to do is set the bottom end at TDC then line bolth marks on the cam gears up, the service manual will show you the marks on the cam gears.

same as a d series, but you have two cams. line up the cams and the crank pulley and put the timing belt on. easy lol
