Default Axles with J1 trans?

I have a JDM b16a1 that came with a J1 tranny. I was told the J1 tranny was used on 2nd gen Integras and I can use USDM 90-93 axles with my crx swap. Is this true? Before hearing this, I was told to use custom built axles (parts from both 1st and 2nd gen Integras). Can someboady confirm what axles I should order.

Thanks-

BTW: its a 88 crx being swapped.

Depends on which intermediate shaft you have... If you are going to use the JDM j1 I-shaft you will need custom axles.

Or you can use a 90-93 Integra Ishaft with 90-93 axles no problem,

or 94+ Integra Ishaft with 94 (nonabs) axles (dust seal removed)

all this info is at www.hasport.com

Jeff do you have to remove a dust seal from a 90-93?

also, I've heard of a company called Raxles. They make custom axles that are higher strength and fit a bseries crx swap PERFECTLY, they are made for the swap, check them out.

Thanks for the help!
I called raxles for a price quote, they wanted $280 for the basic b-series axles for the crx. I think i'll be searching the classifieds.

Anybody in the N. Seattle area want to wire up my swap? dx-SiR

80 bucks for DX to SI

20 bucks for Vtec wiring,

and if I have to drive to do this, you owe me lunch

(assuming you do have the resistor box, and harness too!)
