Does the ZC axles interchange with standard SI cable trans that is in my 90 CRX SI?

heard all D series axles are interchangeable.

 

nope zc axles use a halfshaft. yours has the long axles no shaft

 

Who in the world told you that nonsense. Inner joints for usdm d series are all the same outer joints no due to brakes diffences in the 4spd std hb/ crx hf this is regarding 88-91 chassis

5th gen dont fit in ef's

 

ZCs use a larger Inner Knuckle equal to a 90-93 B-Series. Inorder to run them you would need a ZC Tranny, Intermediate Shaft and the Axles from a ZC or Integra.
