Auto Ls question
Anybody know if an Auto tranny from a 1993 LS will work on a 1998 LS? gotta side job and the only LS trannies I can find are 93's for some reason.

cool, that worked.
Is $500 (parts and labor) rape? Me and a friend are gonna swap out the tranny, might be 2 hours max. Figure 200 for the tranny, 100 for random unforseen parts or chemicals needed, 100 for me and 100 for my friend's labor... |

I did a 89 DX auto once, it was about the same as a manual to me, just had to figure out that linkage.
