i heard kinda, lol, its bad to retorque after heat cycles? that the arps lose stregenth after you torque them the first time. like once is enough.

Once is enough. If you were supposed to re-torque them after a few heat cycles ARP would say this in it's installation instructions.

this is true, but I highly doubt they are gonna lose strength from being tq'd on again. they arent called reusable for nothin.
