Default ARP Head Studs

What is recommended , besides "ending myself "
when changing the head bolts out with ARP head Studs.
Should I wait to see if I have an issue with the head lift/sleeve shift issue before I replace the bolts?
I have no issues with the head or gasket, this would be a preventitive measure.
Can you just replace the bolts or should you pull the head resurface it and replace the gasket as well.
Thanks
