Default ARP head stud Tq

d16z6 what tq setting do i use for the arp head studs?? Iv been told that its a diffrent spec than what honda calls for.

idd, last time i torqued mine to 85 ft/lbs.. where 11mm ones tough...

i gave ARP a call, and they said 45 with moly lube or what ever it is, or 70flbs with 10w30

Just figured id post if any one else is searching for this info..

local shop goes to 110 on GSR's......no more head lift

I always always, go to at least 85 ft lbs.
