SmellySOHC

I'm working on a 90 accord.. it was a theft recovery and am now installing a new ignition assembly, there is two harnesses comming off the ignition key cyclinder thingy and one is obvious because its huge and plugs in down by the fuse box, the other has 3 wires, but harness has room for more.. and is a little bit shorter with a lot smaller gauge wires.... i cannot find where this plugs into.. any help would be great.. thanks
