Hot or not, 500 bucks is a STEAL!!! (hahaha stupid i know). But seriously, whether it's stolen or not, 5 bills is a deal. You gettin a complete motor, tranny, ecu, and the Harness, shiet. Well congrats on your find, I hope that the motor actually works. I mean it could be blown and have some grinded gears. Cause this is what I figure if a guy has a GSR motor, tranny, ecu, and harness lying around (1) that bitch is stolen, (2) if it is legit, which we all pretty much doubt, why isn't it in his car? It's either got bad parts or he did an h22 swap. But why would you do an h22 swap? Get a turbo and you'll be better than an h22, unless that was stolen. Well there goes my thoughts, kinda dragged but yeah...

well i tried to see if the bitch was fired but didnt find notin wrong i took off the plugs and peeped in lookd normal no debree or notin, took off the oil drian bolt and notin there either, i wont be able to test in a car for a while but it looked good real good and wht was wierd was this kid had a couple sittin in his grage and a lot of subs and amps and crap too. so im preeety confident its stolen. If i ever get busted with it in my car im just gonna play a dumb. Theyll just take it away right? if the cops find it? I have it at a freinds house for now cause of my parent but probably gonna do the swap in a couple of weeks just reaserching crap i need. Just saw a mount kit in ebay or 150.

Sounds like you got a pretty good deal than. Just remember its not stolen, did the little bub say it was stolen? So it's not Have you taken off the head? Making sure the pistons are there? :P Probably good though anyways, he did have to get "HIS cars" there somehow, to pull out HIS engine and HIS amps, and all HIS other stuff. But sounds like you got a pretty good deal there, too bad you don't know the mileage, but be sure to give us an update.

i never buy under the hood stuff from guys at the races....i may buy some seats or other cool ---- but nothing that goes under the hood...especially the ones that seem sneeky....there are very few ppl at the races that are trustworthy enough and there the ones u hang around with all the time and u get to know there personalities but strangers is a diff story....like ur mom said when u were little...dont talk or trust strangers...hahaha...anywho...thats my oppinion

I think you should do the swap and then weld your hood shut. Then the cops can't check it. Plus, it will make your oil changes more fun. LOL.
(Just say no to Stolen ----!)

Depending on state the cops will tow the car auction it off and take your *** to jail for possession of stolen property.

first thing.. if that engine is OBD 2, you will need a different ecu. Also, the tranny is a hydro tranny, need a different one of that too. You can probably trade those for the correct ones straight up.. because u paid little for them in the first place and they are worth more then the ones you need. what is the model # on the ecu, i didnt think 95 were OBD2, i thought obd2 was 96+ good luck, search the internet for information. later.
