I have a 95 Civic EX. My friend have a set of 95 Civic DX axles. So can i use axles from a 95 Civic DX non ABS? Does it matter if it is ABS or non ABS? My civic is non ABS. Can i use the one that is ABS? Vice Versa?

Doesn't matter. I think the markings for the ABS readings are on the axle. So if you don't have ABS either will work fine.
