in Canada the civic w/ a z6 is called an Si (yes, 92-95)

but then again, you said MADE in canada, as alot of us/cdn civics are. If the speedo is in KM/h then it's a Canadian domestic market car, which the above is correct.

if its in MP/h then is a USDM car and there's something else wrong. You SURE you've got a z6 and p28 in there?

 

yup i sure do have a d16z6 with a p28 ecu..

 

connect a outside tach to it and im betting its your tach its off, same thing happened to me
