92-95 raditaor in a ef hatch...

ive got a half size radiator in my EF. i did not have to cut anything or beat anything in. i just put some rubber on the bottom of the radiator suport,and sat the rad. on that,and tilted it torwds the motor.then i used some custom mounts to hold it in place.it dosent hit anything. i used a slimline fan and put it on front of the rad.(u can get these at Advanced Auto).the thing that i am finding the hardest is getting a rad. hose to fit it nicely. i tried taking a stock b18b hose and trimming it to make it fit,but the bend was to tight and it started creasing the neck on the rad. im still in the process of fixing it. btw this was on a b16

oh ya im using my stock fan and the zc rad hose worked great for me. might be different on a sohc

and you had no clearance or kinking in the lower radiator hose??

I am gonna try it out this weekend and see..

^^ Well borrow one of ur friends Digi cams and take a pic!! we need it bad!!! did you have to cut a lot of stuff? and did you make ur own mount for the top?

ill get one tomorrow and take some then. they will explain everything once i get them up. i did have to do a lot of cutting and i made my own mount for the top. i just used one of the ones from the full radiator and bent it around to make it work ill get pcis tomorrow

i didnt have to modify my crossmember at all. remove the stock radiator, cut off the lower radiator mounts, and bend the lip down on the lower radiator support with a mallet.
