90 CRX Si B16A swap leaning out at 3500

i have wideband hooked up. when i floor it in neutral it leans out at 3500rpm. i have a check engine code. solid light. nothing else. checked fuel pressure, changed dizzy, changed plugs, changed injectors, changed fuel filter, has walbro 255 pump. i'm confused becuase it worked for 1000 miles thought i had a tranny problem cause clutch went out, pulled motor checked tranny it was fine. it was the cable then put motor back in and the problem began :S been confused ever since??? need help.

well solid ce is bad ecu so check you chassis and harness grounds since you just put the motor back in. Is this a stock or chipped ecu?

its a chipped p28. all harness grounds are good. and i've tried 3 different p28 ecu's with 3 different basemapped chips.

So its obd1, are you turbo? Soild cl, did you test the ecu in a different car, could be a ground problem go recheck/ make new ones. Also you have a spare obd1 dizzy?

yes i tried the ecu on another car, the dizzy is brand new from autozone, and its going to be turbo but i was breaking the motor in.

solid cell limp mode?

first thing's first: get rid of that solid cell, check all the wiring that you came near doing the tranny did you leave a ground off somewhere? check obd1 jumper harness etc.

If the ecu worked fine in another car then there is something in the car wiring that is ------- you.

well i've made sure that all the grounds in the engine bay are good. and they are. the jumper harness, i wouldn't even know what im looking for. the wierd thing is it ran fine for 1000 miles and when i had the tranny problem pulled the motor, and put it back in then bam. doesn't work ???

got a couple plugs switched?

I would doubt the jumper is bitched up if worked before you pulled the engine, and doesn't now. I'd look for wiring errors under hood
