8lb flywheel ?
Well I didn,t see any thred on this page other than mine concerning the usage of a lightned flywheel and maybe instead of telling me I'm blind, you could tell me what ------- thred its in. If theres anyone else who can give me some info on this would be much appreciated.
Yeah, i have one on mine. The thing is, its best to have everything balanced on your motor for it to last. That's why most people i know that has (lighting flywheels-pullys)have had motor problems, 3 months down the road. From spinning a bearing or just blowing the motor. It just seems right to have everything balanced, just like the factory did. Either way it could be good or bad..To me i don't care, my motor's really never last that long anyway..
godo idea, put it on.
i guess 99% of the aftermarket flywheel are balanced already, ppl are having problem when they lap the stock flywheel to lighten it. and they are having problem with solid aftermarket crank pully.

go for it. i did and happy with it.
pro's...quicker acceleration/quicker decleration and less rotating mass
con's...quicker decleration between shifts due to less rotating mass
results...accelerate quicker and shift faster or keep foot on gas during shifts and save a few miles/hr when johnny law hits you w/ the radar gun and your detector goes off-react quickly...lol
