88 crx si
im goin to buy a 88 crx si for $ 2000 is that good and this brings my second ? should i get that engine or go to a b18c, h22a, ls/vtec, or the crv/vtec i want to run 11's if any one has good experiance with this car please let me know k thanks

I hate to break it to you, but tuned Hondas, unless done really well and with high quality products, do not have great resale. If you dumped 9 or 10 grand into the car, you might get about 6 or 7 grand out of the sale. Also, good luck getting an Evo VII as they never sold them in the states....only the Evo VIII which is coming out later this year.
But to answer your question......
If you want this thing running 11s I'd go with any of the engines you mentioned or a B16A as well but all with a turbo. You might need nitrous oxide too but I'm not sure; depends on what all you do to the car. A setup like that though is going to cost you pretty penny, so if you're on a tight budget (like most of us) don't aim for 11 second timeslips. And really, a 13 or 14 second car is plenty fast for a daily driver CRX.

im goin with all skunk 2 or spoon sports or both and im goin to try and sell it for like 8 or better offer and if it doesnt sell im goin to roll it and get it towed to my house and sell everything separte and have my uncle (chp sergant) write a report to get insurance money but there is a lot of dumb ---- people around here that hella want to race but dont know ---- i sold a kid a 88 crx si ecu for 300 dollars so ill get sum thing back or ill just keep the crx if its hella quick and get a 12,000 loan from my g-ma (shes the loan aprover person at my bank) for a down payment when the evo 7 comes out im goin to do what ever possible to get a evo 7 there hella sick and sick im hella sprung on them and if i can get that s2000 im gettin 1 of the 2 by next year

well your kind of late, seeing as the evo7 was the last model and the current is the 8, i dont think they are going to be coming out here (the 7), and if you want a 7 you are gona spend a "hella" lot of money to get it through inspections and registration..
