Re:300hp out of a D16
they had a water jet dyno where I went to school last year. You had to excel through engine performance to get on it though. Of course, I had to work on a piece of ---- chrysler concorde through EP class, and all I have to say is ---- dodge x 8. Anyways, the teacher probably wouldn't have let me run my own car on it, it was also built for rear wheel drive in that garage, putting a FWD would have worked but the rear end would have to be suspended in the air or it would run right into the alignment machine we had!

well you had to at least put it on the dyno and make sure the a/f wasnt way off somewhere.
most ppl just take someone elses afc settings/zdyne tune and run it without ever hitting the dyno or hooking up a fjo.

Back to orignal subject, I'm running 13 psi daily on my Z6. Yes, I have a built bottom end (woopee). I'm running .5 degrees/lb of boost on the timing throught uberchip. It is capable of 300 whp, which I WILL hit sometime before next summer, and it IS my daily driver. However, 13psi is about all I'm gonna run on the street. It runs fine without a single ping on 93, but I still us 94 octane just to be sure.
