yes it wil, check obd version and convert if neccasary and add wires to hook up vtec..

And depending on how old/model you'll have to be concerned with MPFI vs DP and what not as well...

Nah, you are going to need more some stuff. you will definitely need a vtec actuator and you will need at least 2 vtec solenoids or more depending on how many vtecs you want. I run 6.

6 vtec's is weak ----, i have a solenoid for every 100 rpm and redline is 10500 rpm

....
