Want an LS block to build? Just got a flood damaged unit, but I think everything is happy with it. No promises until I get her fully stripped. The bores look like (total guess) they'd need a .5 mm hone, but if Paul (machinist) says .25 mm you can probably get away with Devcon. Otherwise open deck Dartons should set you back $650-ish from Ingram's Machine, which is local, and you can go 84-85mm.

You have the head off and your going to have your pan off. If I were you I'd yank out cyl no. 1 and check the ringlands on it. I wouldnt just trust the cyl walls.
