Want an LS block to build? Just got a flood damaged unit, but I think everything is happy with it. No promises until I get her fully stripped. The bores look like (total guess) they'd need a .5 mm hone, but if Paul (machinist) says .25 mm you can probably get away with Devcon. Otherwise open deck Dartons should set you back $650-ish from Ingram's Machine, which is local, and you can go 84-85mm.

nah, I'm actually thinking about buying a whol enew b16A and building it slowly while I drive this stock one around again for a year or so...

agreed. odd's are the walls would show signs, but if your already this far.... pull the slug
