Good luck man. Take some pics for us after the install. Or any snags you run into on the way. We like seeing people ready to blow their cars up in a fit of rage over a broken bolt or bloody knuckle. :)

jake...

let me know how it turns out. It should be fun... are you doing wet or dry shot? Also, why are you using two bottles? One bottle with the bottle heater is more than sufficient for like 10-15 runs... I know because I've done it...

Well let me know if you need help with the hooking up... its easy and cake...

Zex overall is a pretty easy system to hook up. Seems like you are doing everything correct.

1) hook it all up and double check all the lines. Make intake goes to intake and fuel goes to fuel from the purple box
2) Retard timing (2 degrees for 65 shot)
3) double check ur spark plugs for any gunk--wouldnt want to have any preignitions
4) use shitty US 91 octane gas--octane booster may help but its up to you
5) just double check all of the lines and electronics--securelyh mount them
6) before u tigten the nitrous fogger into the intake, test it out and see if u get nitrous flowing from the line. You can do this by turning ur car to on but DO NOT start it. Switch on the trigger and the push the pedal all the way... the nitrous should flow.

Most of this is pretty straight forward. Zex is relatively safe since its only on at WOT. You should be ok with 65 shot on your d16. If you are planning to shoot nitrous at a real track-- make sure its secure in ur trunk otherwise you wont pass inspection.

Pretty much it... let me know if you have any questions.

Oh yea, I dont think you need two bottles for this setup. It just makes things "look" complicated. If I were you, I'd use one full bottle with one of the bottle heaters. Also make sure you have the bottle in the correct direction otherwise u wont get the full effect of the n20.
