it really doesn't matter what you get a masters in if you have a masters you will be making decent money if you can apply yourself, you could problaby have a ------ masters degree in waste management and get a job making upwards of 70k lol all that matters is that you you are doing something that you love.

Teacher's get the short end of the stick... that's why I'm not doing it anymore. Also, any legal trouble say... I had to take a leak real bad so I go to the back of a store and let it loose, and a cop comes by... that's indecent exposure, I can't teach anymore.

Gay.

Um entry level teachers in most of calfornia, nevada make 45k starting. My mom did payroll for years for the school district in the Vallejo, fairfield area in the bay area so this is not oh heard this yada yada

20 years in and a masters they were in the 70k range and great benefits. 70k seems like a good wage to me and 45 out of college aint shabby

you start off at 24 here... highest paid teacher in our highschool who wasn't and administrator made 45k and retired the year i graduated. Not to mention, if you have a masters degree here as a teacher. you will not get hired. my friends wife is still looking for work, she messed up and got her masters right away. no district will hire her at 30k a year because its "above what the budget allows". but the cost of living here is also allot diffrent.
