either he didnt get hit that bad or that vid is fake
i've had a radiator blow up in my face before and i garuntee i wasnt standing there for almost a minute lookin at the car, i ran my happy *** inside right away and kept cold water on my face, then got an ice pack and went to the hospital
and in the vid it appears he dropped a rag of some sort
