we have tons of them here in VA.
I got pulled over at 3am by a cop who says he paced me from over 1/4 mile away around a winding road. I was doing 5-6 over. he wrote me up for 11 over, and the judge believed him. that's when I learned that you are innocent until proven guilty "in a criminal charge". that has nothing to do with a traffic violation. You are a liar until you prove otherwise. Judge has to trust the officer to be honest. a bunch of BS if you ask me. |

i saw a cop rear end someone today on my way to work today, really fucked up his cruiser :8
not all cops are that petty, i have been let go for going 91 in a 65, caught ------- wasted drunk with a bunch of crack ( in fact i was in the middle of taking a hit when the cops rolled up, took my ---- and told me to "get the ---- out of here", and once me and a buddy got busted while smoking meth in a park, they searched my car and found both our pipes (lightbulbs with ---- still in them) and like 15 empty beers in the backseat, and yes they made us pour out the beer and drive home, :o then again i have went to jail over really stupid ---- before ass well so i guess it evens out. |
