Re: xyience
^^ I'm not using anything right now. I used a little creatine in high school. I've only been lifthting for like 4-5 months and I've been making good gains, hmmm the idea of increase muscle recovery, creatine, etc. sounds cool. I'll check out the supplements you said. I hear cell-tech creatine is the ----.

Re: xyience
for the love of god, don't buy cell tech, or any product by the brand muscle tech, they are garbage. The only reason you have heard about them is because they spend tons on advertising, and have deals with gnc. Hence why they are so expensive. Pick up flex ro any other magazine like that and 20 % of it will be "special 6 page add reports " from muscle tech. All cell tech is 10 grams creatine, some alpha lipoic acid, and 75 grams of dextrose. Yes 75 grams of sugar It costs 24 dollars from body building.com for 10 servings and they say you need 2 per day for the first week. so thats 5 dollars a day 150 a month, you could get gear for that much. Or you could make your own cell tech for about 10% of the cost
To start I'd recomend, in order of importance whey protein, multi vitamin, some sort of creatine product
and dont buy from gnc there prices are way high
