I actually have one T3/T4 Borg Warner 57 trim in stock with a 3” V BAND exhaust. (non polished). I can sell that to you for $595, plus if you want the VBAND kit to make your downpipe, I can sell you that for an extra $75.00

Here’s the problem…you didn’t give me a Garrett part #, I cant even FIND a Garrett part number for the Turbo you want. Should I have MADE you give me the exact part #...probably, did I…no, because generally people are reasonable and most of the time they don’t even know what they are asking for when they order a turbo. You, right off the beginning now don’t seem to even want to be reasonable…generally I don’t deal with unreasonable people.

You didn’t even ACTUALLY specify what those numbers meant…57 63, what does that actually mean? Can you tell me…

Even if I ordered the correct or wrong turbo, no manufacturer is going to allow me to return it or exchange it, and if you think I am going to pay for shipping when you were the one who was vague about the turbo you wanted ordered…then you must be joking me.

There has to be SOME split responsibility here…this is NOT 100% my fault, and once you finally decide to accept that and work with me, I am doubtful there will be any sort of resolution to this.

I am supposed to order another turbo, pay for them to ship it to me. Pay for the shipping of your turbo from Isreal to the US and then pay for the shipping of the new turbo from the US to Isreal and then not be able to return the turbo and be stuck with a turbo here?

If you had told me to order a SPECIFIC part# and I ordered the wrong thing, then maybe…but that isn’t the case.

Best I can offer you is to sell you another turbo at my cost and pay for the shipping of it to you. Other than that, it’s not worth it for anyone…

yeah ditto. From the looks of it, if this were a complete conversation log, I'm a bit split on who's more to blame here. Chris *should* know better than to assume that the buyer won't care if he doesnt get the exact part he asked for. Then again, he didn't ask for an exact part so that probably should have been cleared up from the get-go.

I've ordered a lot of little stuff from Xeno over the years and he's always had stellar customer service.

honestly i thought chris handled it well for the most part not to mention i wouldn't want to resovle ---- either if you went to hondatech and talked ---- with a half deleted conversation log. and changed your mind on parts a few times.

people make mistakes, it doesnt matter who is to blame, the customer feels that he got the wrong turbo. so in order to make it right for both sides, the turbo needs to be sent back and replaced to what the customer is wanting, it doesnt sound like the customer wants to do that, or he doesnt feel that its worth shipping and time for a SLIGHTLY different turbo.

the way i see it the customer is unhappy and is unclear/unreasonible on a resolution. so how is chris to blame for that?

I have spent 1000$+ in buying parts from chris, half of that probably in person and have been to his varied locations many times. To say that this post is nothing like my experience is not the half of it, I have trouble believing he actually dropped an F-bomb on a customer but I guess it happens.

Racepac is a jew bastard and I don't trust him.

Let's do some troubleshooting since that's what I do all ------- day...

99.9% of people = no problems at all with xenocron and leave satisfied
you = problems and complaints

Now, being that everyone except you has had no problems; logically you are the one that's the "problem."

Reading through that you posted gave me a headache and had me confused on what was supposed to be going on.

When you order something in the future, BE CLEAR AND CONCISE WITH WHAT YOU'RE ORDERING. Take 5 ------- MINUTES to check over the order before submitting it. Don't order and change your mind 20 times.

He tried his best to get you (more than) what you deserved, but it's a big mess.

I've never had a problem with xenocron, stealthmode, tunertoys, lsd, donald, or any other vendor here. Is it just because of my amazing personality, charming looks, and deep pockets? Nah, I'm a skinny broke -------. It's because I do what I can to make the transaction smooth...

i think he implied he wanted to make it right, however since this went public. he is likely not willing to deal with you anymore.

my conclusion from what he said is that he would send you a different turbo, for a cheaper rate. at which point you would have the choice to either keep the current turbo, sell it, or send it back.

that comment was posted after you accused him of being dishonest. making this a public affair isnt going to get the turbo you want. i dont know what chris is thinking at this point if i was in your postion i would send the turbo back and get the one you want, flat rate international box's are 30.00 something.

or even keep that turbo the difference between what you want and what you have are so slim you honestly wouldnt be able to even tell the difference if you didnt already know. i think your caught up on principle and not reality. so it might be different then what you wanted but is it really worht it to get a different turbo, i could understand this if you ordered a gt55r and recieved a gt28rs but you didnt.

Meh, there is some grey area involved here.

Racepak, your command of english - and especially english jargon - is less than perfect and I had to read through everything three times. You were asked a couple times what you wanted Chris to do and while somewhat obvious (after reading the third time through) you didn't answer him even after he asked multiple times. I would have anally reamed you if you did that to me, I can't handle passive-aggressive ----,

Chris, you've been stressed lately and it shows. You know how much shipping costs, exactly how much you can lose on the deal and still break even, you could have laid out the bottom line of what you could have done for him. Expressing what he got vs what he thinks he wants in terms of power production is the easiest way for someone who's read jargon numbers on a forum to decide y/n what they want. It's how I break things down into lay-speak, and doing that would have sidestepped a LOT of the language/communication barrier.

Two points I'd like to make:

1) There is less than 200 rpms spool and 30 whp difference between those turbos. I've tuned hundreds of cars, but only brought out 95% of a turbo's capability on four cars.

2) This is the first Xenocron fuckup in recorded history. He's the most successful aftermarket performance e-business I've ever heard of, and I've cross examined a number of HMT and HT sponsors about the market, what they see is selling, how the economy has affected their business. That says a lot.


Can you two meet in the middle without all the anger and frustration? I think you can.
