The tech was a dick but the guy in the video is a whiny little bitch.
The iPods battery is not "unreplaceable" - it is in fact very replaceable and pretty easy at that. Batteries and instructions can be found here for $49: http://store.l-f-l.com/cgi-bin/cp-ap...d&ref=616-0159
Another way to look at it: People don't complain so much if their laptop battery dies which can easily happen after 18 months. Since most laptop warranties are 1 year it'll probably cost $150 or so for a replacement. Not much of a difference - and while still a pain in the *** many people would cosider that acceptable.
Just my thoughts.

That's great. I wish everyone that ever got screwed by a big company could get exposure like that. It would make alot of products actually last instead of the company throwing some bullshit together and selling it. If you can't do it to the best of your ability, than don't sell it, you *****.
