ok, chinman 72 wanted to buy a turbo back exhaust from me like two months ago. he gave me a deposit and waited for him. now he wan't his money back because i'm one week late. so i emailed him back telling him this.. is this fare?

Dude, i don't even have your address.. I don't even recall you giving it to me. which is a little my fault for not asking. i waited because you gave me a deposit and waited for almost two months. Now, when your ready to pay me and i'm taking a week longer then said i would, you wan't your money back. It doesn't work like that. If you wan't you're money back i'll refund you $50. I did have many people who are intrested in it in my area as well. And the reason why i took a little long is because i just got a dui last week. If you don't beleive me i can even fax you my release from jail. I can have it shipped out by the end of the week. Tell me what you wanna do.

i have never had any bad feed back in hmt or elsewhere. I do what i say as promissed. I bet there are many HMT people that know i stand true.

hmmmm... that's tough, 2 months waiting is a long time. But him not giving you his address doesn't help either.

Did he already pay you the remaining balance? One week late, I think that is reasonable compared to the 2 month wait.

You guys need to talk it out, somehow compensate both side for the time, i guess.

he sent me 50 then about a month later another 50. the rest has not been payed and shipping as well. which i think theres about 85 bucks remaining and shipping.
