How about Ireland?
Get drunk, fight, hit wife, run from knife wielding psycho-wife, forgive, make out, pass out, repeat.
Oh and hate the British.
Or go live with them, have winter 11 months of the year, produce nothing but maple syrup, enjoy meals with mayo, and own a zamboni. :1

Just say away from Regina and Prince Albert. The natives will cut you then gut you up bad.
Housing is pretty cheap though all things considered. At least compared to Alberta or British Columbia or ... or ...

HMT Zamboni FTW
Cornwall Ontario is super cheap, but its also full of ******** and theres no jobs. Plus the nearest city is Ottawa or Montreal... and they're both a little too french for me.
Right now I live in Bowmanville Ontario (southern ontario) its about 35 minutes from Toronto so theres lots of places to work and you can get pretty much anything you need easily. The rents not too bad either, if you need it to be cheaper just keep going east.
