my integra is no longer my priority. i could care less what it does or if i ever drive it again.....

its apart in the gargage, and i have had no desire to finish installing my ls pistons.

im more excited about my own secret 200 dollar turob project.... btw anyone wnna buy a turbo integra?

i guess watching a mustang blow a hg and still make 781 hp changed my perspective..

glad we can agree on something, i'm drunk too :D anyways, you're just fed up b/c you blew your teg. trust me, i went through 2 sets for ringlands (as in tearing the motor down twice), and a head gasket in less than a month before i realized i needed to do it 'right' in order to make the power i wanted. even 300 isn't ---- these day's, so yeah, i can see why you're sick of it, but frankly, i'm not, and never will be. 550+, daily driven, full interior coming this winter :P

kev, take a step back and realize what you r doing....

mad loot ion a car worth barely nothing, gonna make ur 400 hp and itll break all the time.. thats reality, look at all our track records. you make a honda fast, it breaks, bottom line, you me jeff, everyone.

its a pointless money trap that once you realize what ur doing, its kinda sicken ing to think of all the money you could have had put into lets say a college fund for your little girl.

that 2k you dumped into your block coulda been ---- for your house, ---- for your kid ect. its just not practical.

stock internals hotcheeks ;) yeah, 'mad loot' for a turbo set up on a stock engine is going to break, no doubt. i've tuned tons of 'mildly built' cars and never had a problem with ONE. it's when you start trying to make 300+whp on stock internals, so spend the extra cash and do it right, which i did this time. i won't be disappointed, and i know it, so i'm not worried. btw, my house is already pimped as it's gonna get, and i have 50+ in equity, so i'm really not too worried about the house or my kid's well being, trust me ;)

if every ass hole that ever blew a motor said "this is a waste of money, ---- this ----!", you prolly never would have had a turbo honda in your life josh, just something to think about ;) obviously it's not for you, but some people have the extra money to blow with repercussions or jeopardizing predicaments, so that's what we do, it's our hobby and our life and i have no regret or remorse about the money i've spent on my car, because the feeling i get when i drive it is priceless :)

if you really build an engine good it wont break as bad. you cant just take a stock honda and turbo charge it and expect it to hold. (i should talk) but i know when it breaks that it didnt really owe me much in return cause i never built the engine from the inside out. i blow it i sell everything and start all over. you can hate it today but youll be back in it tomorrow. how much for the car im drunk too hahaha

the sad part is i eat and breathe turbo hondas, im just alil frustrated i guess. i just need to vent here and there, but really, my pistons and rods are at the machine shop being pressed, car should be on the rollers in 2 weeks

i just get fed up with always wrenchin sometimes, i think it was the last hmt meet that stressed me out, you put in a 13 HR DAY of solid wrenching for free, and nigs dfont even appreciate it, and then show up at tyour house every other day wanting you to copntinue wrenching for free because they are too stupid to spin there own wrench.

i sent the nig to home depot for a 10 inch chiopsaw blade and he brought me a 10 inch hack saw blade,.

at that point you shouldnt be allowed to live.

n/a sucks. if you think a 500 whp rustang will own a 500 hp honda you are out of your mind. If you think spending money on honda's is a waste of money you shouldnt be in the game. you sir aren't a true enthusiest (sp?) . but i too get fed up when people think you work for free. Those people really dont appreciate what you do.

exactly. The whole point of making good investments and earning a good amount of capitol for us car people is what? to buy a better car/things for the car :D You can set your prioritys straight and save money/invest/start a business on the side. but theres no need to just drop everything and start being lame. Go back to the dirty d or buy a toyota if you want 500hp stock internals (3sgte swap in whatever you feel like putting it in). ---- i have 1000 dollars in my civic right now and all i need to finish my set up is a clutch, dsm 450's and my ecu chiped.

so ill have like 1400 dollars in this INCLUDING CAR!, done and boosted. and if i blow up a block i dont give a ----. ill go buy a y7 for 200. and still have spent thousands of dollars less than people just going out and buying a normal car.

plus i have a nice pile of cash that i swingtrade on the side and this moneys not even putting a dent in it, im planing on starting a business soon and im only 19. oh and any car your going to boost is going to break. its simple human nature. You're going to want to push whatever motor your doing to its limits and when somthings push to its limits its going to break eventualy. pushing 230 on a z6, 300hp on a b18c, or 500 on a 5.0 ---- happens
