I think the contest should be open to canadians (or the rest of the world for that matter) with the agreement they pay any shipping charges over and above the regular US shipping costs..
totally excluding them for not knowing some1 in the states willing to do shipping is kinda odd. (i bet 1/2 the people that read this forum on a regular basis are canadian.)

It'll be $20.00 if the winner is in Canada. Also, we CANNOT mark the customs value down unless you are willing to risk loss of damage with no insurance. If we claim value at, say, $20.00, then we must also make the insurance value $20.00. So it's a toss up - take the chance that it will get there okay and pay less duties or pay more duties but have the insurance.
To other countries is $80.00 for airmail.
